Built with graded 105–230 Ah prismatic cells, steel or steel-composite case matched to the original compartment, and the original connector type. Charger quoted separately (matched high-frequency unit).

Forklift Lithium Battery — Buyer Questions
Yes — we quote against the lead-acid battery compartment dimensions and counterweight, and supply the same footprint with the correct connector (Anderson / REMA / DIN), so the truck keeps its centre of gravity and stays in balance.
Yes. LiFePO4 accepts opportunity charging — the operator tops up the battery during breaks and lunch instead of swapping a pack. There is no memory effect and no gassing.
3,500 cycles at 80% DOD, typically 8–10 years on one shift per day — compared with 3–5 years for a lead-acid traction battery, with zero watering or equalising.
Generally a lithium pack of 60–70% of the lead-acid Ah rating gives the same runtime, because lithium delivers full capacity at high discharge rates and can be discharged deeper. We simulate duty cycles on request.
Yes — matched high-frequency chargers are quoted with the battery. An existing lead-acid charger cannot be used.
UN38.3, CE, IEC 62619 and a compliance file covering BMS safety functions. Forklift installations also need a site risk assessment, and we supply the documentation package for that.
