Where a 48V 200Ah pack fits
At 48 V 200 Ah this module puts 10.24 kWh in a single enclosure — about the size of a domestic chest freezer. That density makes it the practical unit for commercial energy storage, telecom base-station backup, solar mini-grids and factories that cannot lose more than a short outage. Parallel units take a system to 20, 30 or 40 kWh.

Typical deployments
- Telecom base stations — 10–30 min ride-through at 48 V bus, remote SOC monitoring over CAN
- Commercial & industrial backup — retail, clinics, small factories and cold-chain stores
- Solar mini-grids — paired with 10–30 kW PCS units
- Data-centre and server-room backup — pairs with 19-inch rack infrastructure
- Peak shaving — reduces imported grid capacity on demand-charge sites

Buyer FAQ
48V 200Ah LiFePO4 Battery — Questions We Get Asked
What can a 48V 200Ah (10.24 kWh) battery run?
At 48 V it matches the bus of the mainstream 48–60 V inverter and PCS range, so one module can support a 5–10 kW load. In practice it suits telecom base stations needing 10–30 minutes of ride-through, small commercial sites, clinics, cold-chain stores, solar mini-grids and peak-shaving duty. Two or more units in parallel take the same inverter up to 20–40 kWh.
Is 48V 200Ah a standard configuration, or is it built to order?
The voltage and capacity are built on a standard platform and kept as finished goods in the common configurations, so lead time is short. A specific cell-count (15S or 16S), enclosure type, protocol and label are confirmed at order. Custom capacity, voltage and branding are handled through our OEM/ODM route with MOQ 10 for standard builds.
How do I monitor a 48V 200Ah battery bank remotely?
Over CAN or RS485. The BMS reports state of charge, cell voltages, temperature and current; a monitoring module relays this to an inverter display, an RS485-to-TCP gateway, or cloud software. That is how telecom operators watch a dispersed fleet of base stations without a site visit. Specify the monitoring option at order and we will configure the addressing.
Can I use 48V 200Ah batteries outdoors?
Yes, with the outdoor enclosure — IP54 or IP65 cabinets are available for unheated external installations. Keep the enclosure out of direct standing water and above the flood line, and note that charging must stay between 0 and 45 °C; in hot climates select self-heating or charge-current limiting options. In mild climates, indoor installation gives the longest life.
What is the MOQ and lead time for 48V 200Ah batteries?
MOQ is 10 pcs for standard enclosures. Stock configurations ship in 7–15 days after payment; custom voltage counts, enclosures or labelling add roughly a week. Container pricing improves substantially from 50 units, and we can arrange FOB Shanghai, Ningbo or Shenzhen, or DDP to your country.
