XINGYAN was registered in Changsha in April 2025. We are candid about that: we are not a 20-year-old factory. What we do have is a controlled production base in Anqing, in-house PACK assembly, and a team that has worked in this industry for more than a decade.

We hear the question before it is asked: are you a factory or a trading company? The honest answer is both, in a specific way — and we would rather you hear it from us than discover it in a returned shipment.
We control a production base
Our base sits in the Xinhuiyuan Industrial Park, Qianshan, Anqing, Anhui — about 100 mu (66,700 m²), with cell supply and PACK production lines.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
Tell us the application
Voltage, capacity, quantity, target market. If you are not sure which chemistry or format fits, describe the load and we will work backwards from it.
Get a real quotation
Cell cost drives most of the price, so we quote against a named cell grade and state the warranty terms. No padded numbers that vanish at the first PO.
Sample before volume
MOQ starts at 10 pieces. Samples ship with test reports, and we will wait for your test results before releasing a larger order.
Production with traceability
Cells are matched by batch, and each pack carries its serial number. If a unit fails in the field, the batch is traceable and we can tell you what was in it.
Shipping and documents
UN38.3 and MSDS are prepared with every lithium order. We handle the export paperwork ourselves, including the paperwork your customs broker will ask for.
After-sales that answers
Warranty claims go to the same team that built the pack. WhatsApp usually gets a reply the same working day, which matters more than email when a line is down.

Note on claims: our business licence covers battery sales and related services. Manufacturing at the Anqing base runs through a controlled interest held by XINGYAN. Where we state a capability, it is a capability we control — not one we resell from a third party.
