Process
Six steps from requirement to shipment
Requirement
You send voltage, capacity, dimensions, connector, BMS protocol, target price and quantity — a photo or a drawing is enough to start.
Feasibility & quote
Our engineers reply within 24–48 h with a technical proposal, a cell choice and a quotation, including tooling amortsation if needed.
Prototype
First sample built in 15–25 days, with a test report. We iterate on the sample until it matches your specification.
Validation
Capacity, IR, cycle, over-charge, short-circuit, drop and vibration testing; certification support (UN38.3, IEC 62133/62619, CE, UL).
Mass production
20–30 days with 100% functional testing of every unit and a pre-shipment inspection you are welcome to attend or delegate to SGS/BV.
Shipping & support
UN38.3 and MSDS documents, class-9 packaging, air or sea DDP, plus remote after-sales engineering support.

Mechanical
Enclosure design in SPCC steel, aluminium or ABS; mounting brackets to match your vehicle or cabinet; IP54–IP67 sealing.
BMS & firmware
UART, RS485, CAN, SMBus, Bluetooth and app integration; matched to your existing controller protocol where required.
Branding
Label artwork, laser logo, colour, packaging and manual in your language — plus your name on the nameplate, not ours.
Certification support
Pre-compliance testing and documentation packs for UN38.3, IEC 62133, IEC 62619, CE, UL 1973/2054 and CB.
Logistics
FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and DDU terms; dangerous-goods documentation prepared for every shipment.

Every custom pack is designed around cells we stock and know — mostly Gotion High-Tech LiFePO4, from 12.8 Ah cylindrical up to 588 Ah ESS prismatic. That means shorter lead times, transparent cell costing, and spare parts available for years after the order.

Typically 100 pcs for a custom enclosure or BMS configuration, and 300–500 pcs for a fully new design. Sampling and prototyping are available before mass production.
Yes — we sign an NDA before you share drawings, BOMs or firmware requirements, and we never resell a customer's custom design to other buyers.
You do. Tooling and mould costs can either be charged once or amortised into the unit price, and on request the tooling is released to you after the agreed volume is reached.
A typical custom pack runs 15–25 days for the first sample after the specification is frozen, then 20–30 days for mass production, depending on component lead times.
Yes. We work with UART, RS485, CAN, SMBus and Bluetooth, and can adapt the protocol so your existing display, controller or app keeps working.
100% capacity, internal resistance and OCV test on every pack, plus over-charge/discharge, short-circuit, drop, vibration and thermal tests on the pilot batch. Reports are supplied with the shipment.
